DOT and CDL compliance tracking
Expense tracking and document management
Real-time notifications via SMS and email
Personal assistance for lifestyle support
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. To resume, reply START. For help, reply HELP or email support@eliroadlife.com.
We use A2P-registered long codes via providers like Twilio to ensure reliable and compliant delivery.
You agree not to:
Misuse or disrupt the Service
Impersonate others or provide false information
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
All content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Ellick Logistics Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
We may integrate third-party tools such as Twilio, Vicidial, Vtiger, TruckerPath, or others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or 100% accuracy. You use the platform at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ellick Logistics Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption.
